Wilma Rose is a theater actress with over a decade of stage experience. A graduate of an intensive theater arts workshop in the Philippines, she has performed a wide range of roles and received multiple Best Actress awards. She was honoured with the President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo Award for Outstanding Achievement in Culture and the Arts.

She marked her return to theater in the UAE through +63Kolektib, where she has remained an active member since then- performing in its first production Ang Pambansang Litanya ng mga Inang Wala sa Bayan, followed by Mga Kuwento ni Lola Basyang, and Metro Diaries.

Wilma also performed in Waste (Short+Sweet Dubai 2022 at The Junction), which was awarded Judge’s Choice – 2nd Place, and took part in The Museum of Migration and Memory Year 2: Artists Residency Program at NYUAD.
